The Kukkiwon located in Seoul, Korea, is the World Taekwondo Headquarters. Dan or black belt promotion tests are conducted according to the Regulations for Promotion Tests of the Kukkiwon. Dexter School of Martial Arts receives certification for all their black belts from the Kukkiwon.
The World Taekwondo Federation (WTF) is the Internatinal Federation governing the sport of Taekwondo. All Dexter School of Martial Arts' Instructors are WTF-certified.
