Dexter School of Martial Arts offers instruction in two Korean martial arts. Tae Kwon Do, characterized by its fast, high, spinning kicks is available for students as young as 3 years old. Hoi Jeon Moo Sool-Hap Ki Do is a self-defense style martial art characterized by its circular and revolving movements. This powerful program is offered to students 12 years and older. Both styles include Poomsae (forms) and Kyurogi (Sparring).
